Who is responsible for your data

Browsing and contacting the Studio

The website uses technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP addresses, device information and access logs. If you contact the Studio by email, phone, WhatsApp or form, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, message and details of your proposed project. Please avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary documents in your first enquiry.

We process enquiries to respond and take steps at your request before or during a professional engagement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Technical data are processed for the legitimate interest in website operation and security (Article 6(1)(f)); applicable legal obligations are fulfilled under Article 6(1)(c). Optional statistics rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Refusing statistics does not prevent you from browsing or contacting the Studio.

Forms and external services

Enquiry forms open on Google Forms. Email and messaging services may use external providers. When you open Google Forms, WhatsApp or other external links, the relevant provider’s privacy notice also applies: Google and WhatsApp. WhatsApp is optional: you can use the form, email or phone instead.

Data may be processed by providers necessary for hosting, communications and technical administration. Professional collaborators receive only information needed for the engagement. We do not sell contact information. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; the GDPR safeguards described in their privacy notices apply according to the service used.

Analytics and optional cookies

Google Analytics 4 is activated only if you accept statistics cookies. It helps us understand which pages are visited and which contact links are used, distinguishing the Italian and English versions. Events include the site language, page path, contact channel and button text. We do not send Analytics the visitor’s form messages, name, email address or phone number. Opening a form is counted as a click, not as a submitted enquiry.

Analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_*, used to distinguish visits and sessions. Their default lifetime is up to two years, subject to shorter browser limits. Data are retained according to the Analytics retention settings. More information: Google Analytics cookies.

Necessary cookies and consent choices

Complianz stores your choice using necessary cmplz_* cookies to remember whether you accepted or refused statistics. These cookies do not measure visits. You can accept, refuse or select categories in the banner, and change your choice using the consent management control. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry data are kept for the time needed to respond and manage any professional relationship, taking account of legal obligations and the need to protect the Studio’s rights. Technical data are kept as necessary for operation and security. Website data are not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent.
